Delivery Information
- Your order is delivered 60 minutes after payment (by bank transfer to our corporate account or by debit card using Paystack) is confirmed. You may choose to order ahead and indicate your preferred delivery date.
- Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
- We open on public holidays.
- Please ensure that someone is present to collect the items upon our arrival and kindly attend to our delivery personnel as fast as possible so that we can deliver to all customers in a timely fashion. Our priority is to spend 10 minutes with each customer.

- In the event that you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, kindly inform us 30minutes in advance so that your delivery can be rescheduled at no extra cost but if you fail to inform us, you will be charged for the second delivery.
- For pre-order: In the event that you are unavailable to receive your pre-order item at the time of delivery, kindly inform us 3 days in advance so that your delivery can be rescheduled at no extra cost but if you fail to inform us, you will be charged for the second delivery.
